Cancellation Policy
These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals or entities ("you") registering for any online course (“Course”) provided by HINTUITIVE COACHING (“we” or “us”). Please read and understand the following: Acceptance of Terms: By registering for a Course, you agree to these Terms, forming a contract between us (“Contract”). The Contract is effective upon our booking confirmation. Payment and Enrollment: The Course fee (“Registration Fee”) is stated on the purchase page. Full payment confirms your enrollment. All sales are final, ensuring access to Course materials and participation. Confirm the Course's suitability before purchasing, as all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds and Cancellations: Course fees are non-refundable except in specific cases detailed in these Terms. If unable to attend, you may provide a substitute by emailing us. We may cancel or reschedule courses and will provide a full refund if this occurs. Technical Requirements: Ensure you have the necessary technical equipment and reliable internet. Details will be provided upon registration. Course Content and Materials: All content and materials are owned by us and for personal or internal business use only. Reproduction or distribution without consent is prohibited. Privacy and Data Protection: We manage your information per our privacy policy and applicable laws, using it for course administration and related purposes. Conduct: Professionalism is required during the Course. We may remove participants who disrupt the Course or fail to follow guidelines. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the fee paid by you. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
