10. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and recommend reviewing their policies.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated to clients as appropriate.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Our services and data processing activities are subject primarily to the data protection laws applicable to your region, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for clients located in the European Economic Area (EEA). We also comply with applicable data protection laws in Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region where relevant.

Since we do not currently have clients or target residents in California or other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, California privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) do not presently apply to our data processing activities.
Should we in the future offer services to or process personal data of residents in California or other jurisdictions with specific data protection regulations, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly to reflect compliance with those laws.
13. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults and professional clients. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years old.

14. Additional Legal Information
For matters not specifically covered in this Privacy Policy, we comply with the prevailing data protection and privacy laws applicable to our operations and client locations.

As our services currently focus on clients in the European Economic Area (EEA), Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region, disputes involving clients in these regions will be governed by the respective regional laws, such as GDPR for EEA clients and applicable local laws in LATAM and APAC.

Since we do not currently offer services to or process personal data of California residents or other U.S. persons, jurisdiction involving U.S. disputes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and governed by applicable U.S. laws as appropriate.

This approach ensures that we adhere to the legal frameworks relevant to the diverse territories in which we operate while maintaining flexibility to update our policies should our operational scope expand.

The DPA outlines each party’s responsibilities regarding data handling, processing purposes, security measures, and breach notification procedures.

Where applicable, a DPA may also be provided for clients in other regions with data protection laws similar to the GDPR, such as certain Latin American and Asia-Pacific jurisdictions.
