Terms & Conditions
of Hintuitive Coaching's B2B Services

1. Introduction
​
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Hintuitive Coaching, a business operating under the sole proprietorship of Viktoria Hannah Fogl (doing business as "Hintuitive Coaching"). By engaging our coaching services—including individual, team-based, and corporate programs—you agree to these terms on behalf of your company or organization.
2. Services Description
Hintuitive Coaching offers customized English fluency and sales communication coaching services for non-native sales professionals working in international B2B markets. Our programs include Sales English Bento™, executive coaching, role-based workshops, and corporate packages tailored to team size, sales structure, and target markets.

3. Business Client Responsibilities
Client organizations and their designated representatives agree to:

Participate actively and provide relevant internal context

Ensure timely access to participants and decision-makers

Maintain professional conduct during all sessions

Uphold confidentiality regarding training content and proprietary methods

4. Payment and Invoicing
​
All fees, billing schedules, and deliverables will be detailed in a separate written agreement between Hintuitive Coaching and the client organization prior to program commencement.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are:

50% of the total fee due upon contract signing

Remaining 50% due within 15 calendar days of program launch
Invoices are issued electronically and payable via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other pre-approved methods. Late payments may incur interest charges at twice the U.S. Treasury Prompt Payment interest rate, or as otherwise stated in the signed agreement.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations by the client with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled in good faith subject to availability. In cases of force majeure, illness, or urgent business circumstances, flexibility may be granted.

6. Refund Policy
​
Due to the consultative and custom nature of services, refunds are generally not offered. If Hintuitive Coaching cancels a program, clients will receive a prorated refund for undelivered services. Exceptions, if applicable, are outlined in the signed agreement.

7. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of contract breach, inappropriate conduct, or non-payment.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials, methods, and content—including the Sales English Bento™ system—are the intellectual property of Hintuitive Coaching and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without prior written consent.
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat all shared data and participant information as confidential. Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request for enterprise clients.
12. Use of Third-Party Platforms

We may deliver services via Zoom, Google Workspace, Wix, or similar platforms. Clients acknowledge that these platforms may process user data, and we recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Coaching is not a substitute for legal, medical, or psychological advice.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the termination terms stated in the signed service agreement. In case of early termination by Hintuitive Coaching, unused services will be refunded on a prorated basis.
15. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably through mediation. If mediation fails:

16. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. Material updates will be communicated via email or posted to our website.

17. Data Protection and Confidentiality
All personal information and session content are confidential and will be treated in accordance with data protection laws.

19. General Provisions
Personal data handling, amendments, and dispute resolution are as per the details in the agreement and in compliance with applicable laws.
This Term & Conditions declaration is in English and Hungarian, both versions being equally authoritative and binding
