These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Hintuitive Coaching, a business operated by Viktoria H. Fogl (doing business as "Hintuitive Coaching and Consulting"). By engaging our coaching services—including individual, team, and corporate programs—you agree to these terms on behalf of your company or organization.

2. Services Description

Hintuitive Coaching offers sales fluency coaching and sales-led go-to-market (GTM) consulting services for international B2B companies targeting the U.S. market. Our services include tailored training, workshops, coaching, and strategic consulting designed to enhance sales effectiveness and market expansion.

3. Business Client Responsibilities

Clients and designated representatives agree to:

Actively participate and provide necessary internal context for coaching and consulting
Ensure timely access to participants, decision-makers, and relevant stakeholders
Maintain professional conduct throughout all interactions
Maintain confidentiality of all training materials, proprietary content, and strategic information shared

4. Payment and Invoicing

Fees, schedules, and payment methods are agreed upon in writing before program start. Payments generally require a deposit and balance payable as specified. Late payments may incur interest as detailed in the agreement.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are governed by the signed agreement. Refunds are generally not available except for prorated amounts on provider-initiated cancellations..

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of contract breach, inappropriate conduct, or non-payment.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials and methodologies remain the intellectual property of of Viktoria H. Fogl DBA Hintuitive Coaching and Consulting. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

11. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information shared is confidential and managed according to applicable data privacy laws, including GDPR where relevant. Data Processing Agreements are available on request..

12. Use of Third-Party Platforms

Services may involve third-party platforms that process client data. We may deliver services via Zoom, Google Workspace, Wix, Apollo.io or similar platforms. Clients acknowledge that these platforms may process user data, and we recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims is limited to fees paid for affected services. We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate as per contractual terms. Refunds on termination by Hintuitive Coaching and Consulting will be prorated.

15. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved first via mediation, then through California courts if necessary.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. Material updates will be communicated via email or posted to our website.

17. Data Protection and Confidentiality

All personal information and session content are confidential and will be treated in accordance with data protection laws.
